Ingredients
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 8 oz American cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar
- 1 Jalapeño, minced
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Method
- Warm evaporated milk in a saucepan. Don't boil.
- Stir in American cheese until melted, then cheddar, jalapeño, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Keep on low. If it thickens, splash in more milk. Serve with chips.
