Ingredients
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Molasses or honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Method
- Stir ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, molasses, and Worcestershire in a saucepan.
- Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Simmer 12–15 minutes on low, stirring, until glossy and thick enough to coat a spoon.
- Cool. It keeps a week in the fridge.
